Yup Khufu…total killing machine.

Khufu is a killer. Sometimes. He’s slow, and if you kill the tank before he fires he loses 60% of his damage. He’s great when he works, but he doesn’t always work.
Khufu, Sobek and his family bonus will be 75 to 100%.
Difficult question, Khufu is of course by far your most powerful red hero, but he is slow and so are too many of your other def heroes. Cviv is the weak point in your defense (wrong position for her, too slow and bad colour)
The quick and easy improvement on your def would be to swap out CViv for Gravemaker.
That gives you a much better better speed and colour distribution.
Building a defense with Khufu might be the stronger option, but you´ll have to make more changes to your def, depending on what else you have.
Faster is of course always better on defense, but a slow tank is acceptable, for flanks Average is OK and for wings fast speed.
Lotl, Lu Bu and Khufu is too slow, all 3 are amazing, but put together they are too slow by far. Sobek makes a great flank, Penolite is also a given in wing.
So if you have a fast purple hitter, you can play it on the second wing, then you can do Lotl tank and replace LuBu with Khufu for example, you still have a rather slow center, but at least you really punish the attacker if they don´t kill you fast.

Good points… I think the issue could be negated by changing formation to a Reverse Double (M). Lotl, Lu Bu & Khufu as the three in front. Sobek and Penolite in back 
could work I think.

I would use Liu Bu as a tank with Khufu and Lotl as flanks. Sobek and Peno are super good but too slow on wing. Do you have fast alternatives?

I’m another vote for Khufu at tank.
If you plan to use Khufu, I think 2-3 formation with LotL and Sobek up front is your best choice. Khufu tanks are Loki bait. Since S3 has been running for so long and Loki was in a soul exchange, he’s fairly common. Green and Blue up front will deter/slow down a blue stack, plus LotL’s minions will buy time (if she survives long enough to fire).
My vote is CMarjana. With LuBu, CViv, and LotL all being slow, you could really use some more speed on your team. I would put her left wing in place of CViv. People don’t really talk about it much anymore, but I still go by the old cardinal rule of no healers on the wing, unless it’s a reviver on the left wing.

Couldn’t agree more with this statement !!
They are all great heroes ‘individually’ but too slow to make a sound defence team !
I’d try to build a team around Khufu!
