Any of these heroes worth limit breaking or double limit breaking? Picture doesn’t include Richard.
Of those my thoughts are Mother North, Ultrox and Krampus. Just 1 LB, I’d save the Alphas for a better 2LB prospect

Depending on your odds of getting a better prospect … (ie your budget) … which of these do you use regularly and which do you think could be replaced soon? LB2 mats are still scarce and unless you are f2p I’d save them for the future.

In that case you could consider any of those recent HOTM worthy of LB1. And for war MoNo and Krampus will do well at LB1. You can consider LB2 depending on how well you like them at LB1.
Ultrox being tile-dependent is not my cup of tea for an attacking team (use all the tiles to charge him, then there’s none left for his attack) but he could work well on defence if your alliance uses purple tanks.
Edit: I missed that about Magni. Any toon costume is LB2-worthy.
Basically all S1 with 3 costumes and toon version are on an higher level, so I’d choose them first.
Differently, if you are asking for which one to raise, latest HOTM (Zidane and Sir Casimir) and krampus (specially if costumed) for taunt/stat buff are worth the mats to give more depth to your roster.
No one likes kadilen? 3 costumes for her. Her stats on costume 1 and 2nd are huge for speed hero, dodge is great special and minion do the rest… No great damage but with fast and survivability is very hard to kill her. I only have 2 costumes and I 'm thinking will be my next on green.

Of your costumed heroes, Kadilen is most developed. Perhaps you could develop Kad and Magni to 4/80 in all versions, In that time you may pull a new shiny but either of them would be great. Costumes are good for class-specific emblem quests
Which version of Kaldien and Magni should I LB?
You can LB the original for 10 aethers and each costume for 1 aether
You can then leave the OG at 4/80 and level all the costumes to 4/85,
and then level the OG to 4/85 for 2LB and level the costumes to 4/90.
Imho, kadilen 2nd has the best usable special for future, is true the damage is very low, but I think kadilen is support hero, not damage dealer ones.

Regardless of which you have to LB the original first. You don’t need to max it though if you want to use a costume.
If I’ve got two heroes and 11 alfas, muy choose will be 2nd costume Kadilen, cause the stats and the special is great for a support hero
Also what about magni?
Yes, the first costume has 5% more chance to dodge but I prefer more power on minions cause she is fast
