We’ve had a handful if retirees 
so we are looking to fill up again. We hope to find players with the same daily playstyle as us, so I will include a VERY LENGTHY description of our alliance in the interest of full transparency. We’ve room for up to 7 daily players - perfect for a small active group looking to gain the rewards for effort that a full alliance offers, or someone stuck in an inactive alliance.

We are daily players who enjoy the rewards that being in an alliance offer. We ask that all players therefore prioritise the game aspects that reward the group - daily 14star titan, Mythic Titan flags used and AllianceQuests fully attempted. If you enjoy and opt into war (some like myself don’t!), we ask that you use all of your war flags. All other aspects of the game, you play (or don’t play) however you like.
We are a mix of ptp, ctp and ftp - mostly very ctp or ftp these days, and never ask players to spend real money in game It is your participation and camaraderie that we value, not your roster 
.
We use Discord (the free and anonymous chat app) to communicate, share screenshots and discuss heroes and strategies. Our server is used by all branches of 7Titans along with many guest alliances from the wider community so there’s plenty of great advice available. We also keep a copy of current calendars and event guides for players who like to use them. This is not optional - joining our server is a requirement, so we can effectively communicate.
We’ve been together, many of us for over 5 years. We’ve been a training alliance for a good portion of that time so we are well organised with clear cut operating guidelines. This may seem dictorial to some but having alliance guidelines makes sure everyone knows what is expected of them and what they can expect of each other. It is how we have maintained a drama free alliance for all of this time. I will drop a copy of our alliance guidelines separately.
We have ffa wars and rarely unify out defenses. We do adjust our defenses according to the war rule before each weekend war. We’ve always kept records and we used to be very strategic with our wars but have found no difference in our win/lose ratio since going to ffa. This is because we we still approach war like a team (but without the babysitting!)
Knowing that war is matched according to opted in players top 30 heroes and troops, we do something similar by keeping a war chart. Each month or two, we all put out top 5 tp heroes for each element into a team to screenshot and share, then collate this info into the chart. The purpose of this is twofold -
1 - This allows all players to know beforehand where they sit in relation to their fellow teammates and hence where to focus their attack in war. It gives clear direction on how we use out attacks and suggestions on attack strategies.
2 - we’ve been doing this a long time and so it has been a GREAT way for players to monitor their growth over time. Our first charts were back when breaking 4000tp was a thing 
. Even those who permanently opt out of war are in the chart for this reason.
As I said this☝️is a lot, but I want to be clear about how we work, so we can get the right fit for both you and our alliance. As leader I care about the individual, but I take responsibility for the group as a whole and I do my best to honour that.

I love your vibe and your message and your way of communicating. I would join your alliance as a prime artillery if it weren’t for being a co-leader in my current alliance, which isn’t nearly as big as yours.
But please forgive my innate nerdiness for saying that ranking infantry over cavalry is a strange categorization, as we all know cavalry is superior, depending on the time period of course.

Lol, yes! Although our Cavalry are at the bottom of our table, they are most definately not ranked lower. They swoop in and save the day, our Cavalry.
Having dedicated players that are happy to clean broken teams really makes a huge difference in overall scores - strongest players shouldn’t be using their flaga on clean ups in a mixed strength alliance.

I read your posts with great interest. I appreciate alliances which value teamwork and know, that individual scores in wars are irrelevant.
I have some questions about your alliance

Do you have any Titan rules like minimum damage, cap or flasking politics?

How are you with AQ (CoK/BM), is it required any minimum scores, do you aim for any top? Do your best or just finish all stages?

These are our guidelines, which cover how we approach all game aspects like titan, wars and alliance quests. It seems incredibly structured and dictorial, but we have these written out so everyone knows what is expected. We all have real lives wirh families and jobs and no one has the time to baby sit.
We are human and have hiccups from time to time, but for the most part, this alliance runs like clockwork.
7Titans NewOrder Guidelines
We ask all NewOrder members to have these priorities as team players.
TITAN FLAGS - First point of call in game - use titan flags first before other gameplay. Throw at least one harpoon, or two if you can afford it until tier two is full.
Do NOT flask the titan unless it is the final 6hrs. If the titan is going fast (like it does when we are full), please be considerate of fellow players and differing timezones - use 3 flags only then hold. No titan should die before 8HRS unless everyone has had a chance to get flags used.
WAR FLAGS - use all flags when opting in to war. Hit within your range and don’t “rage attack”, that is don’t ever hit a target twice in a row - leave it for someone else to clean, unless there are no other choices. Please check the pinned war tp table before war so you know where you should be targeting. Repeatedly leaving war flags will result in being asked to opt out of war.
MYTHIC TITAN - use all flags. No one wants to. Everyone has to.
ALLIANCE QUESTS - Go as far as you can. We don’t expect any member to spend $$ in game. We are a mixture of ftp and ctp, and respect all players choices. We don’t measure or judge rosters or scores - we are mixed level and limited by our hero rosters although almost everyone should by now be able to complete alliance quest events. It’s participation that matters and we all benefit from that! If you struggle, ask for team setup suggestions.
COMMUNICATE - This is most important. Utilise our discord. Respond when you are mentioned or tagged. Tag teammates when needed. (type @ and their name, then click it from the list that comes up). Let us know if you are away or unwell. Good communication is key to keeping things running smoothly.
Shout out if you need help and ASK QUESTIONS! If we don’t know, there’s plenty of players amongst our branches that probably do.

I keep saying it, but of course it’s up to you : second and third Tier Harpoons are a waste of resource regarding what it costs to the alliance and what you’re granted as loot.

I completely agree, however our alliance simply could not stop at tier one. ALMOST or at least half way getting to tier two seemed even more wasteful, so we stick to tier two.
