We are very similar to what you have describe above, just that we do colour tank rotation each month, if you and team don’t mind.
If opt into War, use all 6 flags unless some emergenxy in RL happens. Overselpt or becoming totally wasted after a night of booze are not RL emergencies. LoL!
Titan: Due to our current size, we are comfortable at 10*. Rule is to hit Titan regularly whenever online. We do not set a target of 100K per member.

My original alliance was in the same boat a couple of years ago - we merged into Lobster Stew and never looked back! From what you have described, I think your group would fit in perfectly.
I know there is no shortage of great alliances out there, but I’d definitely encourage giving us a try! We are a very friendly group that realizes this is just a game. We have some real heavy hitters amongst our ranks, but our culture definitely lets average players (like me) thrive as well - as long as they are committed to participate when opted in. While we all love a good war win or titan kill, above all else we just ask members to enjoy the game and each other.
Love a story about folks sticking together and looking for a new home. (Especially when it has a happy ending.) I don’t know where you are in the process but I would be honored to help you guys in any way that I can. Warriors of the North is currently full, but I know that last I check we had a few alliances with room in the North family. I’ll find you on Line. If nothing else you’ll have another friend.
