On offense, this guy just seems like a āwin-moreā hero to me. Fenir 2.0
If you have the tiles to fire him, itās seems heāll eitherā¦
-Hit one opponent and not change the match in you favor much.
-Hit several that are wounded. Youāre in the lead at this point and something faster would have done the trick quicker and more reliably.
I donāt have all the badass heroes to surround him with, but Iām failing to see how you can build a team around olā fluffy. If you have success with this dude outside of rush, please let me know. Thanks!
This is the major problem with him. Since I lack Nautica et al, I pair with C2 Cyprian who gives mana on counter. Can try with RN if you have her or Xnol.
These two do work together, but to make it happen, youāll need 19 tiles and great troops, nearly split down the middle between blue and purple. Even my second string purple heavy team gets the job done in 9.
Iāve been trying with Cyp and Thantanos with very lack luster results. I donāt know how I forgot about RnN. One of my favs. I too, lack the Nuaticaās and Co.
Another one of my favorites that I somehow forgot about. @Homaclese set me straight with Goat Boy back in the day but sadly that team isnāt what it use to be.
I flank Ludwig with grimsteel and uwe. If i get blue or purple i generally win. Just this past undead horde war i took out a 7.5 k team for 104 points but in every war i search for the toughest opponentās and my win ratio is easily over 98%. Normally by the time taunt wears off im close to firing Ludwig. When i dont get purple tiles if i get blue then grimsteels heal, attack and defense buff and increased manna gen can normally keep me alive long enough to fire. Without Ludwig heād be really hard to utilize but with him its hard to lose especially on auto fire. His slow speed is a major obstacle but luckily ( for me) i found the sweet spot. Placed top 1% last hero league against meta teams relatively easily. Iād almost kill for a dupe Ludwig cause still Noone does what he does.
