It’s going to be a tougher RT this round. 3* Rush and Bloody are generally not popular.

To those who aim for top 1%: best to place a bit lower than <8000, maybe 7500 to 7750 for some safety margin ?

Two last tournaments I have dropped down below 8000 and into 5% last night due to crappy defense…
But still, those are the most fun tournaments, because I can do all 5 days without buy-in

I can usually go without buy in on 4* and 3* that are not very fast.
I had only one loss this tournament, but still only 5%, as my defence was E most days and D last day.

I have a lot of minion summoners for bloody :sweat_smile:

An hour ago my rank in the tourney was 7899 and top 1%. Now it’s 8065 and top 5%.

Yeah. Sounds right. It’s only about 800k this round. Need to place a comfy distance from 8000 to stay in top 1%

Thank you! Fancy that. I took a pic at 16:44 my time. RT kicks off around 16:00 (in batches). My number is 830,486: difference of 491. Looks like the difference may be as big as 1000, rendering the lowest rank as possibly 831,486.

No hardship at all. I am on my own. I won’t be able to open Epic. Last week was a most restful week for me. :joy:

This AQM saw lower participation. Inaugural AQM (the one with the botched start) saw participation of 1032,792.

A quick google search puts World of Warcraft at 9.5 million active players (as of January 2023). I guess 1M for this game isn’t so bad then but I thought the number would be higher.

It was much higher pre TellVela nerf.

There was a significant exodus by 2 groups:

  1. Anti Nerf (left over 3 rounds coinciding with each nerf exercise)

  2. Pro nerf (the nerf didn’t happen fast enough).

Some (from both camps) would have returned.

My rank for challenge events and RT then used to be around 1.5m mark. Around 2020.

Don’t think a comparison with WoW is apt cos both are dissimilar though. But I haven’t played WoW before.

An Update that 90% of the players voted as “very Bad” must have an Impact.

I think we are about 2-3 such brilliant Game changing Updates away from being able to Count the remainig players by hand…

Probably. Impact won’t be felt immediately. Takes awhile for impact to permeate significantly.

I stopped tracking because my alt’s device is too hard to work with.
But 990K is a healthy amount. Shows why we get the alliance quests.
