I added a note to the OP but I will write it again so it’s not hidden / Lost

The second line of Glenda’s special skill simply adds 40% to existing damage from special skills.

For example normal Joon does 468% damage to a single target. With Glenda’s buff it becomes 508% damage to a single target.
