No timing has been announced, but rebalancing is planned for some point in the future:

Moderator’s Note

I asked the Small Giant Staff whether any Hero rebalancing is planned for the coming months, and got back the answer that the game designers do plan to do a round of hero balancing at some point, and will be taking player feedback into consideration when they do.

There’s no Version number or timing specified for when exactly that will happen, however, nor can we be sure at this point which heroes will be included.

If more information becomes available in the future, or balance changes come to Beta, I’ll update accordingly.
