For a quick and dirty version, just click on the graphic icon for ANY ingredient or ascension item:

Trick: Click on an item and you can see were it appears on Season 2 EVEN if that province is currently locked.

Example:
Adventure’s kit ( Backpack ) has double drop rate in:
s1-5
s2-1

Meteor fragments has double drop rate in:
s2-11, s2-16, s2-22

Orichalcum Nugget has double drop rate in:
s2-14, s2-16 and s2-18
