That’s just power level. When Dr. Moreau and Urthraghan are the two top power heroes, it makes me realize the hero you need most for your roster is the only thing that matters

That’s fair, and I suspect that a lot of needs were similarly met by the likes of: c Snow White, c Francine, Xioatu, Narcisa, Cupido, Bubbles, and Anne.
At each iteration, players should choose the best option in relation to their individual needs.

Nothing FTP does, so why would SE or FS?
I can tell you that without looking at any numbers 
But I do enjoy stats so why not?

Actually you don´t show the relation to power creep at all, if you want to do that, you would have to show not only the SE heroes, but also how power creep progresses in the same time period.
So you would have to show not only the power level of the old heroes, (and to make it more visible I would only show the avg. power level and maybe the max power of the highest one) in comparison to the highest powered hero in the game at the time of the SE.

No, there is no reflection of power creep within the SE related chart. Power creep is a fact within the game, and yet the power levels of SE offerings have not progressed.
I wish I had the time… Always too many other things want to be done first… Now I gotta write up another SE guide…
