you all realise that this is done prior to BlackFriday when all the major pulls are done and 5*s dupes will drop… hence you will keep them for another 3 months until next SE and you will spend gems on roster space…

Isn’t it obvious why they moved it forward? To encourage people to keep pulling during BF event. People will be much less likely to pull if they have only a few free slots.
- Let people spend all of their current gems on day 1 and fill up roster with extra junk 5s
- Hopefully they’re addicted and buy some more gems and keep going because they know SE is coming up
- Trade all of the junk 5s they got for SE
- Lots of space again to start collecting more 5s
- Lots more pulls than if people generally didn’t have space

Well, I was low enough on space that I wasn’t going to do any BF pulls. Whether it’s a diabolical plan or not, I will probably do some pulls now.
