[Stub] Rebalance Elemental defense buff
Change Elemental defense buffs as follows:
“When attacking, this buff lasts twice as long and is non dispellable”
This would make Domitia more useful since her non dispellable Holy defense buff would protect her from Elemental defense debuff heroes like Guardian Panther/ Evelyn/ Frida on War Defense.
This would prevent Guinevere from being stronger on defense, but improve her on attack.
