Not sure if it has already been suggested, but i think it would be pretty cool to check out raid defense reply in spectator mode. Dunno if others feel the same way but it would give you an actual look at your heroes synergy. Maybe 10 battles for raid, 10 for alliance war, and 10 for tournament raid.
