The tower is a bit taller now, and now have 3 levels, and each gives different levels.
The cooldown and potentional rewards are different in them.
The current Mystic vision at the lowest lever marked with a white flag (instead of the current purple).
Above it there is a Rare Mystic Vision watching option marked with a yellow flag.
On the top there is a Legendary Mystic Vision watching option marked with the current purple flag.

Legendary Mystic Vision is available only above Player Level 10.
They are watchable independently for each other.
So you can choose which tier you want to watch.
After you have watched an ad, then all tiers became hidden until the game loads the next advertisment.
Cooldowns for each level are also in independent from each other. So for example watching a Rare Mystic Vision will not reset the cooldown timer for normal and Legendary Mystic Vision.
While you are waiting for the next Mystic Vision, there is a message "Vision approaching: " and the exact remaining time.
Longer cooldowns (for Rare and Legendary tiers) will not immediatelly shown after you have watched an adveristment, they will be only show a a notification toward the end of the cooldown when the next vision is approaching.
Nothing really of note on the drops… some aethers. Sorry I didn’t take notes. I would like to point out that 3 and 7 are relatively prime, so it will be 21 days before they synch up again. Sneaky bit of mathematics.
