Agree with others that having a challenge in class trials again was nice. Felt a little tough, but nothing like what I heard from beta. Gonna suck for everyone who doesn’t have C2 Kiril, though. My team:
- C2 Kiril 4^75+20
- Silvaria 4^85+20
- C1 Leonidas 4^85+20
- G. Kong 4^85+20
- Kageburado 4^85+20
Just so happens that my best barbarian team is a rainbow squad. Used a few battle items on the second wave (mostly antidotes), but used several on the third wave. (Oh, well. The weekly PoG challenge is to use 100 anyway!) The bosses in the third wave seemed to pick on Kong a lot, and I struggled to keep him alive until it looked like I had things in hand; then I just let him go. Otherwise, made it through on the first try.
No question that MEs go to Silvaria, my favorite barbarian and a regular in most kinds of content for me. Like others, I wish the loot were upgraded, and I’m also worried about some other classes, like cleric. Gotta put the hurry up on Viselus for the druid trial. The thought of these bosses popping minions every time they get hit is… not pleasant.

Wanted to come on and add my appreciation at this quest. Was a fun quest and will be interesting trying to figure out teams for each version. Was just challenging enough and wasn’t tedious. Looking forward to more.

Last stage was a bit hard, but this team was enough to cope with enemies.

I did this without healer. My team was G. Kong, Lodius, C-Master Lepus, Lu Bu and Khonshu. Used almost all items (Tornadoes and all types of healing potions). Only Lodius survived the last round of last stage, but it is done, and since Barbarians is a class I am worst at, I am quite satisfied.

And seems to me that barbarian healers aren’t much of a thing, which, perhaps, could have been expected.

I have not got him.
So I have brought Super Healing potions with me.
I have also needed Timestops, minor mana poitions to win + I brought (but not used) Revive Scolls to battle.
I have defeated the last stage with this team:
Regular Azlar, Little John, Leonidas Costume, Frank Costume, and Malosi.

I used 1 mana pot the whole quest. I don’t think you will be using any! Let me know!!
I went with this team and picked Silvaria for dd as she also makes the team sturdier with minions and gives C2 Kiril a better chance to max overheal the team before boss stage.
Gretel did wonders with her mana control! I think I will taker her level 80 for next time!
It also felt really good to see the 100 emblems as a reward!

Thanks to Kril’s overheal i passed first two stages(team 3,5k), but tried 2 times and 2 times failed completing stage 3.
Well, at least I tried…

Just realized that I never leveled up the barbarian Kiril costume. Had to go in without a healer but the time stop/freeze really helped!

Was bracing for a tough fight without the Kiril costume. It wasn’t as bad in the end as I expected really, using this team:
Keeping the bosses shut down with Miki was key, on the last stage especially (and of course the big tile damage is always quite helpful too). Silvaria for the minions of course, and Noril and Cathal have some healing from their Slayer stacks, thought that would come in handy without healer also. Only needed one tornado on the 3rd stage, that was it.
