The featured message is something that EVERYONE should see. Many players don’t bother to get in the game chat so they miss the featured message and very important info that everyone should know. The featured message should pop up when you open the game instead of popping up when you open the chat. Not every player is chatty or care about what is said in the chat but they should be able to see the featured message every time.
