I find him more useful now than when he was released because there are now more minions with utterly absurd stats. C-Diao is the obvious one now but not the only one since she now often with Zhuge who has the riposte minions.
Still no LB on him for me but I am finding a spot on more and more war flags.
He is a useful tool, the snipe is good damage. No one is concerned about him doing a 1-shot kill anymore so his fiends are able to do their thing (as was predicted).

Is it me or does the costume seem worst then the original?
The first time he fires is worse but the subsequent hits are considerably better. The best bit is the fiend is 50% bigger on the costume than the original (20% Original and 30% for the costume’s).
The original fighter class is better than the rogue class of the costume but other than that the costume should be better as the 2nd and all following firings have the bigger hit and better fiends.
