Don’t be so sure. My level 60 Margaret turned a team of late war misfits from a tank buster into a one-shot against some 4200 TP.
And what’s wrong with having many heroes to level? This game is a grind so that’s always the case, and now I’ve got some exciting choices to work towards. Having them isn’t stopping me from doing 10 on-color leveling so it’s irrelevant whether I have few or many heroes in the queue. Besides, most event heroes are inarguably better than classic/TC20 heroes and they’re not available at all times.
I guess I just don’t understand the root of your frustration, but thanks for sharing your opinion.
