June 2024 Balance Update — Details & Release Notes ⚖

This month, we’re rolling out the largest set of buffs in recent Empires & Puzzles history! A whopping 31 Families are receiving a long-awaited boost to their Costume Bonus, various Heroes across 7 Families are receiving positive tweaks, and 6 June Heroes of the Month (plus 2 Costumes) hailing from previous years are getting some love.

At the other end of the table, Pepperflame’s power is being slightly toned down, and there will also be a general change to how status ailments’ secondary effects work — such effects will no longer trigger (unless specifically stated otherwise) when a status ailment is replaced with itself.

Adjustment

  • Unless specifically stated otherwise, replacing a status ailment with itself will no longer trigger its secondary effects. This change affects the following Heroes:
