Is there a chart that shows how much Iron needed for Strongholds and Training Camps?

Im up to Stronghold 16 and Training camp 14 and was wondering is there a chart somewhere thst shows how much iron is needed for each level of the Stronghold and training camps ?

And if there is another topic on this i couldnt find it in the search.
