Sometimes it would be good to be able to personal message a team mate or leader. Especially if communicating personal issues or checking on activity. Right now you have to broadcast to the whole team even if not appropriate. Plus individuals may choose not to speak up or respond because it goes public to all. Personal in-game messaging within alliance should be available.
