In 1.9 we are introducing 4 violation types, from which you can select when reporting inappropriate and/or abusive chat messages.

We have also released new Community Guidelines for the chat https://smallgiant.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003970574-Chat-Rules-Guidelines. We would ask all players to take a moment and read these guidelines.
Please note that we do not tolerate any violations of our Code of Conduct and/or Community Guidelines. Repeated violations will result in permanent ban from the chat (including the Alliance chat). Please report any violations by using the report button in the chat.
