Probably not, he has very old stats and his damage isn’t great.
But I like mine quite a lot, I’m using him every war and his team rarely lose battles.

even in fast war and tourneys I never use him, I always forget he exists…

Guardian owl is absolutely weak hero… it is need to be buffed …to upgrade …to improve… give that owl more and more and dont be afraid so it stay a uncompetetive … need to be refreshed speed of mana -medium… give to this hero more health after it uses special hit… it is awful… it useless now…

The attack stat is still very poor and the very slow mana speed isn’t helping.
To redeem, either change the speed to average
Or keep at very slow and add passive ; gains +30% attack when an enemy cast special skill and a further +4% everytime they are hit for 4turns…
