This thread is to provide early insights and discussion on the Round 8 of the new Garrison Guard Heroes - Iarlaith.

Don’t get too attached

Details from Beta, especially brand-new Beta content, don’t tend to be very reliable for actual release.

It’s incredibly common that features are changed during Beta testing, or sometimes even after testing but before release. That is, after all, the purpose of Beta testing.

So I wouldn’t get too attached to any of this — it’s not unheard of for entire portions of features to be removed or reworked, or for radical changes to functionality to be made.

Thank you PFF.

Does the stack act like a normal ailment in that it needs to land to impact the hero? Will an ailment blocker block it?
If not:
This hero will certainly help end fights. In a drawn out battle of attrition the stack will keep rising, ratcheting higher so even if the 100% damage ailment doesn’t stick.
If so:
Decent 600% snipe with useful passives.

There should be a window of opportunity to land the 100% damage ailment on some hero on the other team during a battle unless it is all Toons. Hits hard enough that a 1-2 with another big hitter should kill an opponent.
