I like playā¦ But that excuse of a potential gem value is a crock of ā ā ā ā as compensation for an earned resource.
I mentioned about hoping to have an 3rd training option for HA and other players love the idea. If we can have 3 converting options for Alchemy Lab, I think it is also nice to have a 3rd training option for HA. Most players could make use of the 3rd option to retrain heroes while use the other 2 for troops production.
Oouch! Hopefully Zynga doesnāt take shortcuts and do that.
You got 813 in training - for each 100 recruits, you need 50K ham to move to TC11, so 150K ham for 3 trainees. To move 810 trainees to TC11, you need 810/3 * 150K = 40.5M ham (plus a lot of grind).
You also need to park that iron somewhere or burn it up in Crafting mats that you use. Iron is mostly surplus for seasoned players so thatās not as sticky a situation.
Good luck!
I decided against shifting recruits from HA to TC11 cos I hardly reverse my troop trainings.
I stopped loading HA instead. Shifted fresh extras to TC11.
The headache on clearing the extra iron would have been worse.
Doing some quick math on optimal level.
Category | 1* | 2* | 3* |
---|---|---|---|
HA Iron required | 51K | 103K | 151K |
HA Recruits required | 5 | 10 | 50 |
HA Time required | 6h | 12h | 20h |
Troop XP | 110 | 205 | 405 |
Starting with just one star v two star troops, one star troops will cost about half as much, per troop, but each training nets 7% more xp. 2 troops are more costly to feed though.
3 star troops take 67% longer than 2 star troops to train, 47% in iron cost, but give you 98% of the xp, and then will cost less to feed. It will cost more in recruits though.
So if you want the high recruit cost, but most efficient troop, seems like 3 star troops is the obvious play here.
One star troops give you a little more xp at the cost of ham/iron when feeding.
I find recruits to be plentiful (Iāve destroyed a bunch over time). Itās easier to farm nowadays than it has been before (discounted energy farming, more flask availability) so I donāt think this will change for me.
tldr: Iāll be switching to three star troop training.
The HA10 is the most part in desperate need of an update/tweaks
Less retraining time and a newer list
HA10 will never break the meta in any scenario possible even after 1000 years
And most of the whales are not even using it or in need of it
HA10 is mainly for ftp/ and lesser for ctp but ofc the devs dont care
@Ruskin505 You can redo / recheck your math.
Troop XP values are boosted further:
Anyway I think still the 3 star troops will be the best with 27.5 troop XP / hour, while the 2 star troop will give around 23 troop XP / hour, and the 1 star troop wil give 20.8 troop XP / hour.
And from iron usage for training and Legendary rtoop feeding usage the Rare troops will be the best.
in anticipation of this, Iāve stopped all troop training as well. happy to focus on churning out hero feeders instead
Hm Iām not seeing the same numbers in beta as you are. The trainer numbers match up but Iām getting different values for other things. I sent a message on line with more details.
only have 50 in HA6, so i move its to TC2 and TC11, iron make axe, bomb, timestopā¦
TC11 need 2 recruits and 1000 ham thus your figures should be far more than what you calculated above.
If they really cut down the recruits numbers if we decided to reverse the training, i donāt think i have the avenue to transfer all my current stored iron to crafting / embleming or levellingļ¼ stored so much iron till date
Thx, it seems Staff has reverted back the XP values to the lowest new proposed values in this latest Beta.
More information can be seen here:
100 recruits ā 50 TC11 trainees ā 50 * 1000 = 50K
What am I missing?
Itād be a struggle. I only have 190 trainees to move. Been using free ham and moving around 30 trainees everyday (30*100 recruits). This will fit in nicely with the update next week. I donāt have to kill myself in the process.
The extra iron is going into producing axes, banners, timestops etc - common items that I use in titans, events. Since iron is always at a surplus, and I have a ā ā ā ā load of crates, I donāt mind losing iron for now. Recruits are also at a surplus but I figure I could save some without extending myself too much.
This will be different for each player of course, so you need to figure out what works best for you.
Started to shift my HA trainings today. Had an image of innocent recruits forced into the Zynga destruction chamber.
Stopped all hero levelling. So much ham now. 5 done so far. Speed restricted by how fast one lonely TC can soak up iron.
My trainings are around 240 days now. By the time the change is forced, if I continue shifting, hopefully it will be around 220 days or less by then.
I will lose around 5000 recruits isnāt worth the trouble to move em around
Haha perhaps i misinterpreted e numbers from the way you presented it.
I have currently 570 count in uncommon troops training and 117 count in rare troops training. I been busy trying to move out those iron for crafting and recruits into TC 11 but i donāt think i can finish using all those iron.
I thik i would do what the best I can and leave the rest untouched and let it run down till the last 1 before i pump in new resources into it to keep it running.
May i know the recruits reduction will take effect on their V63 announcement or after players update to v63? If it is the latter one, then i can farm some nuggets and roots on AR 1st , currently forged all my nuggets, roots, lumbers and still have 100+ HA6 in queueā¦
I have been dumping iron into training troops. Iām going to have to move the recruits to TC11 arenāt I? Urgh.
I think it is time that they add costume for 4 star retain in HA8
Thanks for the updates
