From the three that’s already happened before this one, you can complete these without the use of an overhealer. Additionally, you’d technically need at least 2 if the quest really is hard without using one, since the game allows use of the heroes twice before they’re out.

HOWEVER, they could indeed make some more overhealers in other colors and maybe give some S1 healers overhealing/boosted health/regenerative boosts.
