Read the card. She fires when her ally use it’s special skill. Similar to Hippo.

Essentialy the Hippo but with hit-3 only (which sometimes becomes only hit-2 or even only single target) but also inflicting insanity.
Great for offense, on defense will be a pain without dispeller, but with one (especially Timius, who also blocks buffs afterwards) she’ll just spend her time to getting closer to ticket to Mental Asylum.

so she now give more (almost double)insanity to her that is bad and less to enemies and speed is down and damage reduced , to me she do not looks so good for 0.1% odds, Mena seems better to me

Yeah but she did this only for 3 turns originally, now her buff lasts 4 turns. Also, reduced speed is not that much trouble when each cast gives Insanity in the first place. Which also means more time to fire Phenexa or 7HB for refresher, which doesn’t inflict insanity. But all insanity heroes are not exactly meant for defense, unless you feel like running some total confusion teams such as Salmon Loki and similar.
That said I’d like getting Mena more too, especially since Luna evades me.
Btw her gun looks like Lighting Strike from Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart.

Modern hippo that buffs the enemy team half the time? I’ll save my gems for now
If Acid fires ahead of her, he should be a handful. Otherwise she will be yet another flank for Nautica causing auto wins.

She was powerful in beta but got nerfed in almost every component of the special skill on release and now feels like the gamble of 50% self insanity isn’t worth it. Fast instead of v. Fast given her stack mechanic needs to build, and also that targeting is totally random is going to be a big difference. And since you can’t target with Dolores even on offense, and she often hits just 2 targets or even just 1, the 15 insanity really can get diluted out, you need this hero to
I think this hero should have self-insanity dropped back down to 35, and target three random enemies instead of random enemy and nearby.

She is ridiculously rare right now… But she won’t be when their portal comes out.
It is even worse because clearing insanity was made 3x as hard because you can heal from heal over time or via passives or minions giving health… So yes… This is very much a poison pill… Unless you can phenexa her with limited to no risk.
