Defense bonus still exists?

OK here more detailed, and the TP information is indeed wrong, no idea from where this information comes @Graff.von.Cilli?

I attacked a team with this Marjana and troop.

With the troop bonus we could expect an attack stat of 947 and burn damage of 430 Hp without any hidden defense bonus.

I attacked it with 2 teams, once with much less TP and once with more.

Once around 1500 less and the other 200 more TP.

Now we can look at the dot:

480Hp dot in both battles (compared to the 430 we would expect just with troops but without defense bonus). So we see, the TP comparison between attacking and defending team is irrelevant.
480:430 is around 12% hidden def bonus in both battles.

Starting a new topic specifically related to calculating the impact of the decreased defence bonus mechanic. I’m aware there is another thread asking what it is however I thought it was sufficiently different. If not, feel free to move. I’ve tested this on a few heroes using the dot mechanic you can see how much the hidden bonus is. Usually it’s 20% so if you have a dot of 100 after emblems and troops, on defense that dot would have been 120. If now it was 110 you could infer that the new defen…

It seems not to be 100% correct anymore, back then with under 1000 attack Marjana should have had around 15% bonus, so it seems something else is calculated now or just the complete bonus reduced.
