December 2024 Balance Update — Details & Release Notes ⚖️

Full details of the changes are as follows:

Hero Family and/or individual Hero buffs

Raven Family

  • The bonus is now active with only 1 family member in team
    • OLD: For 2/3 members, 35%/50% chance to make a cast ailment uncleansable.
    • NEW: For 1/2/3 members, 20%/35%/50% chance to make a cast ailment uncleansable.

Wolf Family

  • The bonus is now active with only 1 family member in team
    • OLD: For 2/3 members, 35%/50% chance to make a cast buff undispellable.
    • NEW: For 1/2/3 members, 20%/35%/50% chance to make a cast buff undispellable.

Quenell

  • Heal over time added
    • NEW: The caster regenerates ~600 HP over 3 turns.

Wolfgang

  • Delayed health boost replaced with health boost over time
    • OLD: After 4 turns, the caster boosts health of all allies by 600.
    • NEW: All allies regenerate 720 boosted health over 4 turns.

Classic and Winter family Costume Bonuses

  • Changed costume bonus increase per ascension level to be more linear for Classic and Winter families (this buffs costume bonuses that are non-maxed but above level 1)

Regin

  • Stats increased
    • Attack: 1149 → 1157
    • Defense: 1108 → 1116
    • Health: 2088 → 2113

Ott

  • Stats increased
    • Attack: 1095 → 1106
    • Defense: 1149 → 1159
    • Health: 2125 → 2156

Gandr

  • Stats increased
    • Attack: 1133 → 1143
    • Defense: 1126 → 1137
    • Health: 2078 → 2109

Dularfulr

  • Direct heal added
    • NEW: Recovers 30% health for all allies.
  • Firestorm Ward damage reduction increased: up to -820 → -1200 damage

Gunktus

  • Stats increased
    • Attack: 1126 → 1190
    • Defense: 1069 → 1133
    • Health: 1771 → 1963

Swiftpaw

  • Direct damage increased: 480% → 540%

December HOTMs

Perseus

  • Direct damage increased: 405% → 455%

Perseus (Costume)

  • Direct damage increased: 355% → 405%

Evelyn

  • Direct damage increased: 260% → 290%

Evelyn (Costume)

  • Direct damage increased: 250% → 280%

Grimble

  • Direct damage increased: 285% → 315%

Hanitra

  • Health boost on dodge increased: 375 → 425 HP

Balur

  • Direct damage increased: 500% → 530%
  • Bleed damage increased: 402 → 519 damage over 3 turns

Leadria

  • Special Skill damage buff increased: +20% → +25%

Mechanic update

Corrosive effects updated

  • All Corrosive effects now deal extra damage against Minions and Mega Minions (previously only the Corrosive Burn of the Nidavellir Realm Heroes did so)

There was an issue that prevented the latest balance changes from being applied. We have fixed this now, and the changes are live.
