Just confirmed Xiaotu disables the minions on nearby allies (only Diaochanā€™s minion was able to steal buffs).

Also confirmed Diaochanā€™s minion cannot steal megaminions (reviewing the battle, we realized it was actually Scrollbeeast going insane and casting the minion on an enemy).

Luckily it doesnā€™t Ɨ2]

and Yes the show must go on

So for this weak, gentle, breakable hero, really needed to double the HP of the minions

The madness continuesā€¦

We will need more spreading/replicating fiend heroes to push uberminions away :weary:

And this afternoon they release an ā€œadjustmentā€ to passive:

  • ā€œresist replacement by fiends and any of your pathetic attempts to stop this madnessā€

Iā€™m pretty sure the passive, like the other costume passives, are also applied to the base version. So weaker minions (unremovable from Diaochan) in six tiles with her base version.

Canā€™t wait for 150 C-Diaochans war defenses

maybe, but skill can still be involved.

What do you regard as success? I needed three flags against one team in the last war, and thought it successful. But, with a single attack it can be more challenging.

Thatā€™s always been an issue. Sometimes we die.

I agree that c Diaochan is ridiculously op all the same.

Personally though Iā€™d rather equip a lego troop on her costumed version and have her dish out minions with 1.4k HP (4.2k in total), than have her fire in 6 tiles with a magic troop but summon weak 500 HP minions (1.5k in total). For me the extra tile match is worth the upgrade in minions, now with the balance update and all

With 33% HP minions, would it be worth favoring HP over defense for her? Previously, with minions capped at 1000 HP, I would have said no as she would have reached 1000 HP minions regardless of which path were chosen.

However now itā€™s an option to consider. Based on a comparison of the defense to the HP path for a cleric, I see 4 extra HP nodes that could be available, yielding an additional 144 HP. Factor in the 40% HP bonus from a 5* troop, and we are looking at 201 extra HP. On a 33% minion, this would be an additional 66 HP per minion and in exchange for 94 defense defense before troops (124 with a 5* defense-oriented monk/sorcerer troop).

@Kaerlighed69 I have further queries if you donā€™t mind:

  • I know the passive say that Diaochan minion prevent removal, but does it also prevent from minion stealing ?
E.g. Gejfon, Cupcake or C. Gobbler

  • Further, can we simply counter her by substituting her minions with fiends ?

Hi,
I can definitely answer the second question since I have tested it out myself: fiends are effective against her as they push out her minions. I was able to successfully neutralize her minions by bringing Ramona, who replaced her (the ā€œunstoppableā€ ones on her) minions with 3 fiends, and Xiaotu, who neutralized the ones on her nearby allies.

Unfortunately, I donā€™t have leveled any of the minion thieves, so I canā€™t test it out. Iā€™ll ask my alliance to see if any of them can test out the minion-stealing.

Does Noor still work against her?

i think no,against nerby yes
