Elradir
mana speed from average to fast.
Deals 255% damage to the target and nearby enemies.
The caster reflects 100% of the damage received from their status ailments to all enemies for 3 turns.
Element Link gives all Nature allies a small amount of mana at the end of each turn for 4 turns. This effect can’t be dispelled.

Elradir: damage increased to 280% and deflect lasts for 4 turns instead of 3. Deals extra damage against Ice.

Both suggestions are very good. In his current form, he would do good at fast.
And 280% damage plus 1 turn for his reflect would be nice too… Even it’s a negligible buff.
