Day 5: 4-1 for a 22-3 finish. One match just didn’t work out. Took out the center, so no BFZ.
My tiles were few, and RNG favoured enemy Wu, so those slashes really hurt. Oh well, firmly top1.
Defense 1 last win, so straight A.

90% of my 5* are emblemed, but I still have a decent bench of emblemed 4*. The key is to forgo the last two nodes on 5* since they cost 375 emblems, and taking a 4* to +18 costs 395 emblems. The last two nodes provide extremely marginal benefits for a 5*, but taking a 4* to +18 is like having a completely different hero.
Paladins goes to 20 if on defense. Average speed sorcs monks and druids goes to 20 also. I actually also take the 19th node on some rogues and archer for survability. The rest is 18. I have 30 5* stars emblemed that way. The rest is key 4* stars (almur/marcel/wilbur/jackal + proteus) for titans mostly and healers.
I have 27xx barbarians emblems that I was banking for a potential 5* stars incoming but no one is really appealing right now. I don’t want to just put those emblems on 4*/3* without also investing in other key chars otherwise it would deserve me more than it would benefit me.

Another perfect run for me but not be in the leader board due to the defense isn’t good enough 
. Go with Mist - Grimm - Sonya - CB Skittleskull - C/CB Caedmon in all attack. The overall board is average today. I have some pretty challenged battle that I lose 1-2 heroes today due to the board is pretty bad but still not close to lose. I think it isn’t very hard to get perfect run in 4* bloody battle or buff booster tournament if you have right heroes.

@Liam_K Could you add team power of defenses of the top 10 finishers ? I think specific range of team power is also important to get grade A defense as well.

In the whole week, my def team was attacked just one time. WHATS WRONG HERE?!! First day for sure….
Above all I won 24 out of 25 matches and because of my ■■■■■■ def I only ended up in Top5%… arghhhh!#%&!

I’m happy, one big Aether, one average, troop coin…
But I still think that big and average Aethers look to similar, without knowing what I got I couldn’t say if the dark or yellow Aether was the big one…

Me too. They are very similar. The main different is size which you will have a problem when they are show in same size

2 5* ice aethers… Eventually I’ll break Skadi I guess, but my meager collection of maxed 5* aren’t even fully emblembed yet (most are +7 or +10), so limit breaking them won’t really make a difference.
As I’m still very busy leveling new heroes, she’s somewhere in the backlog.
I prefer to use them on my 3* and 4*, so I actually prefer getting 3* aethers, as you need them the most…

Only silver tokens and small Aethers but those 50 Ranger emblems are perfect for Devana who I’m urgently leveling up for the next tournament

Another time were I focused too much on using the tournament to fill the raid chest that I didn’t use all of my flags.

I was only 1-2 for a few days which hurt.
I didn’t expect to do so well on offense in a no heal tournament. I saw a lot of healers and counterattackers along the way. Not as many Li and Mist tanks as I thought.

Thank you. It look like too high team power defense might make you get worse grade in tournament like this that there is no real grade A defense. Real grade B defense might get grade A result if it is attack few times and lucky but it is less likely to happen if it is attack so many time. I think it is because high team power defense will be attack so many time and get grade B defense. Still need more data to conform that.
