Go with Mielikki - x2 C Kelile - Anastasia or C/CB Kvasir - C/CB Caedmon or C/CB Kvasir in all attack. The board is average by overall. Face one C2 Li Xiu tank but don’t face any defense with C Kelile, so 5 win. I still fear of enemy C Kelile than C2 Li Xiu. I know that enemy C2 Li Xiu is dangerous but mostly of the time, she fire randomly and not effectively. Unlike C Kelile who do big damage to all me heroes and can get many minion and refuse to die .

Defense without x2 C Tiburtus doesn’t work perfectly as it usually be. For now, I don’t think Mielikki is the best tank any more. She can easily counter with Kvasir. There is no 4* heroes that is better than Kvasir to counter Mielikki tank because any 4* anti-minion heroes like C Gormek, Gobbler and Captain of Diamonds have to fire more than once deal with Mielikki tank but for Kvasir, you need only once. However, it is still depend on if people know this tactic or not . I think B grade is what it should be.

I think the new best tank in 4* bloody battle for now is C2 Cyprian. He is just like 4* C2 Obakan with super druid ability . Luckily, he isn’t allowed in this tournament.

Li Xiu is dangerous but mostly of the time, she fire randomly and not effectively. Unlike C Kelile who do big damage to all me heroes and can get many minion and refuse to die .

I may add her to my red stack-she hasn’t gotten a lot of love.

Gonna start to do what we do with POG starting on the next tournament.
Gonna put on my weakest lv 1 defense
If I can’t go far on this tournament, least I can do is to “mess it up a bit”

I just got a bit unlucky on the 3rd match, I managed to kill 3 of them though.
All matches I had today were actually a variety of tanks, some red, some blue, and then some yellow. It was an Azmia tank with Li Xiu LB2 that I lost to.

I faced 2 CC Li Xiu tanks today.

One was mono yellow def of Waddles wings, Jackal left flank, Mist right flank. All where only LB1.

Went with LB2 Shrub, C Caedmon, Hansel, CC Li Xiu, C Sonya. CC Li Xiu fired once into Shrub and to my surpise none of CC Li Xiu tanks I faced total, are yet to dispel his taunt. So far luck is on my side. It was a little longer fight, but it’s also quite important that C Caedmon and C Sonya are not close to each other, so CC Li Xiu can’t silence both.

Other one was - Mielikki, Knuckles, CC Li Xiu LB2, Ferant, CC Li Xiu. Only tank was LB2. The def is too passive outside of CC Li Xius that don’t do too much damage by themselves. Went with LB2 Shrub, C Caedmon, Hansel, CC Li Xiu, C Sonya. I felt like I needed 2x cleanse just in case and CC Li Xiu’s superior dispel for Knuckles and Ferant felt good enough as the def is quite passive. Didn’t have much problems with this def at all.

Surprisingly CC Li Xiu without any LB is holding fine so far, but I think I put good flanks to counter LB2 Shrubbear’s taunt to make it even harder for attacker. And I got attacked twice on day 1, hurray.

A couple of Mielikki flanks and lots of S1 Druids meant Captain of Diamonds got his time in the limelight. None of the tanks were threatening today so easy wins until the last match.

Faced a defense of Tettukh - Sun Shangxiang - Waddles - Griffin - cSonya. Countered with Hansel - cSonya - Shrubbear - cCaedmon - Waddles. Shrubbear did his job of taking the tank’s hit and died a hero while I took care of the enemy Waddles. Hansel had Sun under control and had my Waddles charged to put another defender in mindless mode. For some reason only known to my finger, I targeted Griffin instead of cSonya. A cascade later, she charged and cleansed both Sun and Griffin. Luckily, cSonya had a lot of minions on her, and finally won it with 350hp left on Waddles.

Defense finished Day 1 at 1-2 so outside top 1% at the moment.

Go with same tactic. I am so luckily today. No enemy C Kelile or C2 Li Xiu. Also the board is good that I can charge at least one of my color before enemy tank fire. So, 5 easy win .

The C Kelile with x2 CB is so tough even with LB1. Her super druid talent just keep summon minion all the time like she is never die . I think Kvasir is needed to fight her and other S1 druid.

Sadly, defense end day 1 with B at 2-2 before it get one more win.

I’ve been trying to figure out the best way for these two to work together. On offense it isn’t a problem, but I wish I knew what my defense was doing!

My defense is doing as well as I hoped. I am continuing to run with holy-red even against holy teams. (CcLi Xiu-Bogart-Zhou Yu-cGormek/cKelile-Waddles). It might not be the best idea, but I like the heroes I’m using Kellie is a good addition (thanks @u2371 )

I took out everyone but Anastasia before her fiends finished me off. I was so focused on Kalo, I didn’t have my eye on her!

Yesterday my defense started the day with a defeat and waited a long time for another attack. This one came in the morning and turned out to be the winner, so I was happy with a B (1-1). The satisfaction with B couldn’t last too long though as my defense turned out to be stronger than I thought and started today with seven wins (and then only one loss). So, in the end, yesterday’s result was bad luck…
As for the attack, today was obviously much harder and could have ended with a completely different result… Especially in the last fight when I used Kiril (dispel with blocks) because I forgot that I already had Xiahou Dun… but luckily I succeeded and I can enjoy another five victories

I lost my 4th and 5th match, lack of tiles + powerful heroes on their end were my downfall haha. I only managed to kill 1 hero on the 4th match which I lost, and 0 kills on the final match. I did almost kill 3 more on that 4th match, they had about 100 HP or less, it was frustrating, but it gave tiles right at the end - in fact, a diamond of green for me but after I died, and it was on the left side where I would have killed 2 heroes!

I wanted to say still undefeated, but my def got first loss few minutes ago .

Def is still quite suprising me that it went 5 wins in a row. But I had many tourneys when my def had both 5 wins and 5 losses in a row, so my def might still not held up A rank full tourney. But it would be nice if it would. At least I’m on a great way to top 1%, possible leaderboard ranking, but I really well remember how my last bloody battle 4* tournament turned out. After 18 wins in a row I went 4 losses in last 7 flags. Let’s hope it won’t turn out the same this tourney!

Some teams I faced today - yellow tanks - faced 2x regular Li Xiu on tank 1 Waddles tank. Also faced 2x LB Wilbur tank to my surprise.

This was the hardest def I faced today. I went with Shrubbear, CC Caedmon, Hansel, CC Li Xiu, C Sonya. Only my CC Caedmon with about half HP and C Sonya with low HP, but all Thorn minions, survived.

These 2 had some tough heroes and both pointless heroes in them.

Concentrated on killing the dangerous left side first and I did get green diamond quite early, so it wasn’t too difficult.

Went with CB Grimm, CC Caedmon, Xiahou Dun, CC Li Xiu, C Sonya.

Shrub and Wilbur, just tile dumpers, nothing else. It took me a while to charge my blues, so every hero in the def fired at least once, so didn’t have the greatest board, but all my heroes survived.

This game is very strange, I went 5-0 today and also 3 one shots in W3k, and 3 One shots in War.
Today is a good day for raiding/fighting, I guess tomorrow will suck for all ??

The reason I was surprised today is because I used 1x Green 4x Yellow for all my matches, even when I was against 3x Yellow. I faced 2x LB Li Xiu, and I easily won, it gave me a yellow diamond instantly, so I was able to silence them with my li Xiu, and then kill. It was easy.

I can’t remember the last time my defense was attacked this much! Some weeks it will just be a handful of attacks. Bizarre.

Lots of CCLi Xiu tanks today, but I continued to run with a 3-2 holy-red stack. I had a couple matches that were very close, but Waddles proved to be the difference maker and I was able to dump tiles into the hero with mindless attack until my tiles came in.

Also Bogart plus CcLi Xiu combo hits a lot harder than I expected. They often end up killing a hero or two I was expecting to silence.

Went into Day 3 feeling pretty good. 9-1 in attack and defense ended Day 2 at 3-2 (A). 5 matches and 2 losses later, feeling not so good

Lost the first against a Ptolemy tank of all things. Went 3 Red (Junaid - c2Gormek - Cillian) + Hansel and Waddles. Ptolemy wasn’t the problem though it took a while to kill him. Killed the flank Kalo as well before he could fire, but just didn’t find Red tiles fast enough to finish the job against level 80 Xiahou Dun and Waddles.

Won the next 3 before losing to another Green tank in Tettukh in the last match. Ditched the Red stack and went with Greens this time. Board was full of Purple and Red. Shrubbear did his best, but just managed to kill the tank.

After that brief time in the sunshine, defense has lost 2 and dropped back to 3-4 (C). Probably won’t buy back tomorrow if I lose the 4th.

Go with same tactic. Face some LB2 Li Xiu and C Kelile. The board is average. So, 5 win . Nothing much to say. The C Kelile is so powerful that she can kill anyone and refuse to die with her unlimited minion . As long as, she don’t face Kvasir . The Kvasir work very well against S1 super druid. When my C Kelile can summon minion but enemy C Kelile can’t, it is easy to win .

D : 8-3

Get many more win and up to A+ grade .

Goddammit, I am so stupid. I lost because of being stupid, really. For some reason today I really wasn’t color stacking against non-yellow tanks. And because of that I got 1 very dumb loss. Honestly I was lucky I didn’t lose against Ferant tank with 3 greens lol. 2x LB2 Kalo tanks today and I didn’t stack red as well… If I did, I’d have C Kelile 2X CB in my team and I would win this fight…

2 reds near each other too… what was I doing? I’m so dumb lol. The def is high TP so it was hard to take down, but I made myself even harder job, because like I said, I completely forgot to color stack againt non-yellow tanks today. Dispel heroes were useless here too. You can guess, it went down to my superior druid C Sonya VS the other 2 superior druids… It got into tiebreaker and I was somehow able to kill Caedmon, but not Kelile… So I lost cca 220 points in this loss, what is not much, but there goes the chance for my 1st ever completely perfect tournament and possibly 1st 25-0 4* Bloody Battle tournament. I’d have 3 reds, I’d have strong color against Caedmon and against Kalo and I would surely win this… I’m so duuuumb lol.

Well, dreams aside, I still have a chance for leaderboard ranking at the very least, def is holding still quite well, got 6 more attacks in on day 3 ending 4-2 and 9-2 total.

Damn it, i went 3-1 and ALMOST won, I faced a mono yellow with c2 Li Xiu and Waddles, and I killed 2 and almost killed their last 3 heroes. One of them made it so my Bellerive had reduced mana generation i think from a passive, so i had a 3 yellow match but it did;'t QUITE give him his special, otherwise i would have won.

Because of this, I decided to buy back in and won the next match

The farther I go this week the more bummed I am about the Anastasia who I left standing on Tuesday!
Mostly more of the same today with this outlier:

All three across the front with 2LB riposte skills. I almost brought a dispeller but decided by the time anyone is charged the riposte will be done, so I just let CcLi Xiu handle it with her superior talent and it wasn’t a huge problem. The riposte amount is low enough that it doesn’t hurt that bad if you are just using tiles.

I’m still using the same team for all attacks CcLi Xiu- Bogart-Zhou Yu-CKellile-Waddles.

The number of passives floating around these days makes it hard to plan for all the different ways heroes can mess you up. Mindless attack on the new beach heroes is the worst since they still deal a ton of water damage as a passive.
