Why Required trophies is 0?

What do we need to do that to change the number?

I’m a co-leader in my alliance. Can easily do it in settings. Probably your status is different. Leader and Co-leader definitely can change number of trophies. Probably other are not able to do it.

Alliance → Settings (blue button). If you don’t have that means your status is to low.
