Milady’s tough and has a ton of great skills! I love the other two as well but I’d go with her.

Milady is a monster, she’s so powerful that there probably isn’t many heroes to LB instead of her

Milady is arguably the best ice hero in the game and should be nerfed. She is insanely strong, unstoppable

I voted Waterpipe. Milady so far did not pose any problems to me on defense because of her slow speed. Practically neither did Waterpipe, but that was because of the Lunar bunny, Xiaotu. Without him, Waterpipe is quite dangerous.

For offense I am still maxing Milady, so I don’t have a clear opinion. But considering the speed difference, I would prioritize Waterpipe, unless you can fire Milady in 9 tiles.
