Rate of hero release is too fast for any one hero to dominate the conversation for very long, even if OP it doesn’t last.

In 4 months power has gone up 7%!!
Now look at an event hero from two years ago.
Uthragan is 10% higher than an event hero, as an HOTM!!
That never happened 2-3 years ago.
