I don’t. And if they change the skill description, that would clarify the things, of course.
Still, remain some problems with other heroes, like I saw in a post above. Like Leonidas. I wonder if someone tested Chao and Li. The update should work the same for all heroes, like I said in OP.

Update on this: we have discussed this here and the status effect descriptions will be fixed. We’ll include a mention of the blocked effects. To summarize: damage and Status Effects will be reflected, and other negative effects will be blocked by Elemental Barriers and reflecting Status Effects.

We have now updated the Special Skill descriptions in English. For other languages, we have to wait the localisations to be implemented in the next update.

I tested Mitsuko out against Sonya. The dispell is now being blocked.
