A wonderful, happy cake day to one of the kindest, humblest, smartest and most reasoned players I know, someone who is always ready to give advice backed up with statistics and analytics and links, who always does so humbly (seriously, I always feel better after reading the advice!), and someone who always replies calmly and in a measured way, even when someone else is being difficult.
