Here’s the problem with the SE as well, since I know now the main purpose is for players to clear their rosters.
If let’s say you want a guardian chameleon that is worth 10 souls and you pick him, that’s it. You can’t clear anymore of your roster. Then this pretty much defeats the purpose of a player trying to clear his roster.
Maybe that’s why they also strategically placed chameleon in the 10 souls category. Choose chameleon and you get a strong support yet unconventional hero, but you don’t clear as much as your roster. And cham is considered the ‘weaker’ titan support. So either way the player gets the shorter end of the stick. But it’s like…for goodness’ sakes man. Do they have to calculate to such a degree, that it comes out as being petty?

Killhare getting a considerable buff with costume in around a month. But I would still welcome her regular version as a dark, average speed(and strong) ae damage dealer with best class and I wouldn’t be sad if I also got another copy with costume over this in the coming event.
Inari has sit on the dodgers throne with recent buff and I bet she will also most likely get a costume as they already started to release costumes for season 2 heroes. But I have Kadilen C. and Hanitra already, and a long list of great holy heroes waiting for darts.
I think all this SE thing is a distraction at the eve of season 5(whether intended or not), and I try not to hype much and I will be content with having some useful hero and getting 20 slots relieved.
Feedback: Why not also allow for soul exchange of 3* and 4* characters, for us newer players?
Because this is an endgame feature and for us we’ve fed aways 10s and 100 thousands of 3/4 stars
Yes, so? The same ui could surely be used in three versions, one for 3*, one for 4*, one for 5*. It wouldn’t make things worse for endgame players just because newer players also have something to look forward too.
I’m running 3 tc20s right now… And i was going to run a tc2 after i pull all of my feeders from a tc11… But… I was thinking… Another tc20 might be the way to go. The ability to choose a hero… That is so incredible and a literal game changer. So yeah… 4 tc20s.
I’ll get feeders from hero academy 3… It will cost a ton of ham… But it’s a price worth paying.

We don’t have space for dupe 5s, let alone 4s and 3s, so we wouldn’t be able to use this feature. Keep playing and you’ll be able to look forward to this too!
If they run them at the same time and people pull from tc20, you can probably get 20 4* to swap for something. Use whatever extras as feeders.
Thankfully, the stand will tell us if we have accidentally selected 13 heroes to trade for Chameleon, instead of 10, because we were so excited, and tell us that it’s too many heroes. That’s very nice of SG, because God knows how many times I’ve overfed my heroes beyond max level. Sorry Aife…
I’ll wait for the next one even idk when it gonna be. Want to accumulate 20 heroes so I can have a better amount of options.
They also have a pretty annoying habit to buff features post release (alchemylab, heroacademy, tavern portal, costumes portal…) because they don’t listen to us before releasing them.
I hope they use this first release as a test then apply some enhancements in the second try. Don’t want to waste my dupes since I don’t own many.

From my speculation and what I gather from this SE, they will place one stronger hero in the 10 souls category, so that players either choose to get a stronger hero, but they don’t get to clear more roster space as a result
20 souls is reserved for the more basic heroes or the ‘fan favourites’
Don’t get to clear more roster space??? How is this a negative? If you really need to clear space FEED them. If best heroes are always in tier 10 then that just more exchanges, more feeders.
Yeah but it’s dumb to feed 5* with the SE here. It’s still better to buy roster space again but the best solution is just to allow one purchase per tier.
