Everytime I turn on the game, the chat window is closed. But still have to be double clicked to show up like it was open.

This issue should be now fixed in 1.14.1.

I have the same problem on iPhone which is not regular (it happens from time to time). And from today, I can talk on the chat of the alliance but not on the other chats!! What’s that?!
