I love Brimstone, and (by the same principle) Shaal.
In this elemental meta of punishing any element that appears more than once in a lineup, I think Brimstone’s efficacy is extinguished (pun intended). Shaal’s “turn strong to normal for Holy heroes” will usually only benefit Shaal
I expect that if I bring another Holy hero alongside Shaal, whatever element I didn’t bring will receive extra representation in the tiles. If I bring another Fire hitter to pair with Brimstone, I expect I won’t get many of those red tiles.
A lot of heroes with 5* troops are crazy difficult. Have you met Pepperflame yet? Whoooaa hold your horses that feels like an impossible task.
I Think with the plan from SG of raising the power with 5* troops, we are all experiencing the same. Give it six months, and we all will have 5-6 new troops at least and the playing field is level again, sort of.
Just got him on a gem pull from the Birthday Summons (together with a Malosi, whom I already had). Really thrilled, not least because my 5* yellow troop is Fighter, so works fine with a cleric. (Currently Erlang Shen is using that troop.)
“Strong damage” refers to the extra damage from normal attacks and special skills(like Hel’s special skill)of dark Heroes to Holy heroes, since Shaal is a holy hero. So,Shaal and other Holy allies will receive normale damage from Dark Tiles
I think it means that all tiles that would be strong against holy heroes (ie. purple tiles) will do only normal damage. You know how Nature is strong against Ice, and Dark is strong against Holy. Essentially it’s a buff that removes hero’s elemental weakness for a time. In other words, the Dark would not be strong against Holy for duration of buff (and indeed it means Holy heroes with buff have no weakness for the time).
The main reason though for Shaal being used so much is different, however. She does lot of AoE damage for Average speed hero, heals team with that (and quite a lot), heals with Repair Core and also cleanses the team. She’s one of few heroes that can damage and heal at once.
Okay, now I understand.
It’s somehow like Norns, but opposite, right?
If so, he’s cool, but in my opinion not that OP to be in every defense, cuz he add this effect only to holy heroes.
Here I disagree.
When I’m fighting him, he deals about 500 dmg.
This is not much.
My Fizzicoli have fast speed, and hit almost 2 times more.
But anyway thx for explaining me this
Kinda yes, Norns change enemy strength into weakness, while Shaal removes Holy heroes’ weakness. So with Norns enemy will have two weaknesses while with Shaal Holy heroes will have none (after receiving debuff and buff respectively).
To me she always did quite a bit damage and healed 50% of enemy HP back if one counts Repair Core in. Though with Legendary Troops and HP inflation that came in she’s indeed not as much of a threat as she was initially, just annoying. And that cleanse doesn’t help, as she removes buff blocker as well.
