Rigard Costume special skill and the 3 truns healing ability, I suggest that the first healing should start “immediately” with firing the special skill not after the turn. This will make him even more reliable and useful.
What do you think?
It would certainly make him better similar to Prof L. But costume Rigard is already a great hero. I’d rather weaker heroes see a buff than an improvement to an already great hero.

What would I like? A Rigard costume for starters, not my 15th Bane costume. 
He’s already a beast, alot more worthy heroes out there that need buffed alot more
