Raid Tournament Azlar not getting attack buff

Description of the bug: multiple times i fire Zeline or Kingstone and Azlar doesnt get the buff down, i cant remember as i wasnt focused if Evleyn skill gave him defense down or no, also Azlar wasnt getting the attack buff from Khoina
Silly me i started recording late and stopping the recording multiple times and i only got 2 videos of firing Kingstone and he still didnt get the attack down buff

I also confirm the Kingston debuff doesn’t work on adjacent enemies all the time. Happened to me twice at the current alliance war.
