I play on WiFi. Sometimes my internet service goes out, and I cannot play. I then switch to my phone’s LTE service, but this uses up my data.
You might want to make sure your actual internet service is working alright (reset the modem, etc).
Also, sometimes your phone just needs to be turned off and on again. Sometimes this helps refresh your phone.
