Mysterious vision do not work

There are two things I usually try, with the third as last resort. If you are on a mobile, move to a reliable Wi-Fi and try again. If you know you are on a reliable network, and this still happens, I’ve completely backed out of the game and come back in (e.g. see the loading screen again). Restart your device (phone, tablet, etc.) Both of these have worked for me in the past. If you have tried these and you are still not getting to the Mystic Visions, then you probably just have to just try …

This only happen when the connection isn’t good enough to run the vids.
It maybe great to run the game, but maybe not that perfect at the while you are trying to open the vision.
You may try to empty your device active ram, remove the game cash then try again.
Always work with me after doing that.
