When you fight your first battle in War, the game explains the rules as you battle. “Training”, so to speak.
BUT, it needs to mention ahead of time, before the first battle begins, that you will not be able to use any of that team again. This may allow a few people to change their first team accordingly. Sure, it only matters once, but training only matters once.
