Grimforest is the most likely, but thereā€™s no way to be sure yet.

Do we know for sure yet what the challenge event for August will be? Are they releasing the new Pirates or will it be Guardians?

Thereā€™s no current expectation of new Pirates for next month, but I asked the Staff to confirm whether itā€™ll be Guardians.

They said they should be able to get an answer next week.

I have confirmation from Staff that the expected Challenge Event for August 2019 is Guardians of Teltoc.

Please note that while this is the confirmed expectation, Staff remind us that itā€™s still subject to change. :slight_smile:

As said above. Is it Teltoc and will new heroes been added? Or are we getting the skipped event?

Nope. Not confirmed. Teltoc seems likely since they are sticking to the rotation, other than pirates being taken out. They just put put a bug fix update, I seriously doubt another update is gonna be rolled out for Teltoc next Thursday. So, Iā€™d say most likely the Teltoc we are used to.

I have no expectation that new heroes will be added, but Iā€™ll update Beta Beat if they return to Beta.

@zephyr1 I know originally the staff had mentioned September as a potential month for the new pirates heroes. Is there any indication that may be true?

Sorry, I donā€™t recall that ā€” can you point me to where they said Pirates might return with new heroes in September?

I know I speculated that testing might be around September, but it was speculative, and two months ago. Iā€™m not sure what to expect at this point.

Nevermind, I was recalling this post from a previous thread. My mistake.

"Nothing yet. Unlike Finley, she wasnā€™t accidentally leaked to Beta.

Iā€™ll post all of the details about them whenever they come to Beta. I imagine Beta testing might be around September, presuming they follow the existing Challenge Event order now, and the next time Pirates is up it will have the new heroes."
