I am still bitter, years later, that I do not have the snowman avatar from the first Winter event

How bitter are all players going to be

If 1x 5* sacrifice short of getting their dream
5* 1.1 hero from Soul Exchange so they miss their dream 5* 1.1 hero forever?

If X+1 dream heroes in Soul Exchange, but limited to X in stock for Soul Exchange so miss a dream hero?

If sacrifice 5* hero and then 5* hero gets a great buff?

If get 5* 1.1 dream hero from Soul Exchange, lots of others do at same time, all put on defense teams, TZS metrics demand a HUGE nerf because not properly tested due to limited availability on live server defense teams?

Really, what game designer thought this was a good Idea?

Oh, yah, a designer that maximizes micro transactions
