This hero would be better if it was fast or it connects all allies. Or have some kind of instant damage.

I guess I would use her mainly against titans. Lexi + Sergei’s second charge should do some serious damage
I am leveling her mainly to fill my Nova, Linus and Alfie team. These four together is absolute Power Gem Madness! (or Sparta! if you’re so inclined). However I draw line at Super Elemental Yellow 4* - nothing will persuade me to level her. 
So beautiful …

How much damage are you doing with elemental tiles going off?
15 per tile, 300 max with 20 tiles each round. Plus 10 damage to all enemies when tiles are matched.
I have this one, Tiburtus or Ametrine as my next 4* Purple project. Tiburtus comes with c2 options.
Who should I work on? (I do have Sergei for EDD).
Do you have an Ametrine leveled yet? She is a goddess that does well even at first charge is you need the dispel vs and auto-riposte hero in tournaments.
I love her and have two, one is LB2.
Tibertus having both costumes as options would be by next focus because with the costume bonuses the stats are good AND S1 has the superior talents which are very, very good.
Lexi doesn’t sound necessary for you with Sergei although I am sure she is fun when you’ve got the team built. She’ll play well with Tibs and Ametrine, just be sure that Ametrine is the last one you fire to clean up the scraps because she’ll eliminate the soul connection on the enemies.

So what is better for titans - her or Sergei? 44% EDD for 4 turns + bunch of boosted defense for alies vs 54% EDD for 3 turns (and possibility accidentally dipping into 2 charge).
I use both of Sergei’s abilities on Titans. I never take Lexi at all.
Sergei is better for titan, Lexi may be useful in mono team for raid or event.
Misread her card and thought she’d be a weirdly unique Super Elemental version of Wilbur… but she’s both only proxy connected and it’s elemental defense up instead of defense up. Elemental defense down on the enemies is fine, but that’s a letdown.
She’ll probably get leveled. She’ll probably get work down when my 5* options are finally down to only Obakan and Quintus, both of whom still don’t have any of the costumes attached to justify working on them beyond 2/60 atm.
Might make a post on how I’d see her being buffed.
Hmmm… I have Shark and now Castille, so Sergei’s second charge not so interesting:) And while Lexi’s EDD lower, but it lasts extra turn + all other stuff she does. Not sure if I miss something, but why Sergei is better for titans? 
If you have Shark already, then Sergei even more attract. His EDD at fist charge - very fast, higher number, last longer + Shark buff will cause high damage for titan. Lexi can be use for other purpose if you already had shark + sergei.

I just got Lexi and just as disappointed as last super elementals when i got 4* holy Zione…
My holy titan team is (all full emblem except agrafena) ; 2Lb Sharkai, C2 LB Domitia (edd), Tiburtus (costume to be levelled for bonus, he isnt LB), LB Agrafena (no druid emblems…) & C2 LB Obakan. Probably my strongest titan team and purples is the colour im overflowing in, eg unlevelled C fura, ingolf, cupcake, c2 cyprian & 2nd sharkai. (plus some unlevelled 5*) so i dont see her ever getting levelled on my roster
I’d say she was garbage, but shes not that good. Sg/Z should be ashamed to release a hero like this in todays game.
You Guys who says good vs Titans, what levels of Titans you fight with?
Even the 12* will kill her with 1 shot, not to mention 13,14* Titans.

Geez man I can’t pull elemental heroes to save my life and now that the event started today I pulled two of her. Got to be kidding me. I already have Sergey. Already have Guardian panther with costume. I want Gastille
