Exactly this. I like the concept and the minions are pretty strong, but at slow speed she needs to do something else along with the minions to make her truly legendary.
I agree. I also really hate this mindset that we have to hate everything SG throws at us if itâs not exactly as we think it should be.
I see it like an archery target. The closer it is to the center (your hope/idea), the more you like it. The further it is, the less you like it, but if itâs on the target, itâs still acceptable. If its completely outside the target, then thereâs potentially a problem.
Thatâs a pretty good analogy and I like it. The problem Iâve noticed with many people though, to keep in line with your example, is that they have a very small target in mind. So unless SG scores a perfect 10, according to their standard, everything else is trash. I have literally replied to people here who claimed Clarissa was trash because she was not an exact copy of GM. Itâs almost like thereâs nothing between zero and ten for them.
Is trash hotm JulyâŠ
Frida â Falcon
Magni â Marjana
Fenir â ok you got me there
Vela â French muskateer
Alasie â Ei-dunn
Alice â Marjana
Ariel â Ares
See except for Fenrir, you can find the red equivalent in each hero! as long as you use Marjana twice and include 3* heroes
We clearly donât know how lucky we are lol
Canât figure out if youâre joking or not.
The shouldâve given it awayâŠ
On this forum, you never know.
Falcon is 4* with no dispel.
What about Tyr?
Why not GM for extra damage?
3*
Why not Grazul?
Marjana twice?
Why canât I quote the blurred part
This hero is as good as we can manage it. Of coarse its slow and its biggest problem. At average speed i still would go with my kitty (Puss in boots) as a red hero. But in the end of the day, people who donât have PIB and have some coins can pull this hero if it will be at average speed it would be still good choice
Last couple of months HOTMs are really discouragingâŠ
Bera [formerly Salmon Loki] is in beta right now and is a 5* that does that
Everyone seems to be comparing this heroes usefulness to the Telluria/Vela combo but havenât seen this analysis done yet. Someone in beta might have to check it for accuracy.
Against Telluria, the owl minions are not as effective since Telluria blocks minion removal. (I am assuming destroy is the same as remove but could be wrong.)
Against Vela, the owl minions are not effective as Vela has an innate resistance to damage/effects from minions. (I would assume her minions have the same resistance)
Hopefully someone who has played around in beta can give me insight to this.
If the above is true, the idea of building the next red HOTM to counter the Telluria/Vela combo failed.
It sounds like the owl minions do hit twice when the special fires - once to blow up the minions, then to hit the hero the minions were protecting. Rest of the time they probably only do single slash attacks. But not sure myself.
The difference between remove and destroy is like the difference between hitting Telly with a fillet knife or a grenade. The knife canât get past her bark, but the bomb does the job
Will Noorâs minions be able to destroy Telluriaâs minions given that Telluria resists minion removal? Might be a technicality but âdestroyâ and âremoveâ are kind of the same thingâŠ?
I tested in beta, Noorâs minion cannot remove minions from Telluria. Her minions can attack Telluria and inflict damage that subtracts from the Telluria minionâs HP, but it does not remove it outright. [when Noorâs minions attack Telluria, it says âblockedâ, but they inflict some damage]
As for Vela, Noorâs minions cannot do anything to Vela, as Velaâs innate skill resists all damage and skills from minions. [when Noorâs minions attack Vela, it just says âblockedâ and nothing happens]
Thank you for clarifying this. Kind of disappointing though, from Noorâs point of view (but great from Velaâs).
The owl minion has to attack the defender with a minion for it to destroy the minion, the owl minion does not automatically destroy any minion that is on the defending team.
Also in relation to Seshat, if Seshat targets Noor with her special the sequence of events is as follows (9asuming Noor does not start with any minions):
Seshat fires upon Noor, removing HP from Noor
Seshat immediately summons a minion
Noors innate ability summons a minion
However, the way the animation is timed, Noors minion appears before Seshatâs arrow reaches Noor, but Seshatâs attack does not affect the minion, since it was technically summoned after the attack.
Tried this in beta. She cannot remove Telluriaâs minions. Tellruia resists the effect.
Thank you for this⊠So Noor is officially useless.
Thanks, that makes sense. But technically still, if Seshat is the last one standing, she wonât be able to keep replicating the minion as a meatshield, because it will be instakilled. Thatâs good enough
